Standard Retreat price includes:
*20-22 hours of workshops over 4 days. (5 hrs. a day) in the gorgeous Bamboo YogaPlay Sanctuary, just 2 blocks from the beach.  (2-3 hours with Heather in a.m., 2-3 hours with Deb in p.m.)
*shuttle transportation to/from San Jose airport to/from Bamboo.
*Hafla/party/talent show night (Bring your talent! Bring your costume! Let's have a party--"Pura Vida" Style!)

LODGING OPTIONS:

We reserved a block at the hotel down the street from Bamboo. Very nice accomodations. Pool Privacy. Breakfast included. A short 5 min. walk from Bamboo. Single or double occupancy rooms available. For the 4 nights, Jan 14,15,16,17: $300 Single occupancy ($75/night) -or- $150 double occupancy ($37.50/night)

Additional nights can be added.

There are many wonderful restaurant options available, walking distance to the studio. From smoothies, salads, and take-out, to sit down dinners and beachfront ambiance, you will have your choice of dining delicacies. Fruit stands and markets are also available for lighter morning fare.

IMPORTANT MISC. INFORMATION:

*Shuttles leave SJO airport for Bamboo at 7am or 3pm. Please arrive on Jan 14th in time to catch a shuttle to Bamboo! We will greet you there, and give you your orientation. Workshops begin Friday morning, Jan. 15th at 10am. 

*After you register above, an email welcome letter with extended retreat details and workshop descriptions will be sent to you, complete with a list of recommended items to bring and what to expect from our time together.
